Comprehensive Community Action Program

North Eastern Transwomens Alliance (NETA)

  • A New England transgender community resource in the North Shore MA/Southern NH area. They provide both health services and caring support for transgender people.  Support group meets weekly with guest speakers.

Fenway Health Transgender Practice

  • Fenway Health provides primary medical and mental health care that is sensitive to the needs of people in the transgender spectrum.

Transhealth Navigator Program

  • Want help finding the services you need? Fenway Health offers the free services of a Health Navigator to transgender/transsexual persons living in or around Boston. Navigators work with clients one-on-one to provide access to care and support in the following areas: medical care, behavioral health, violence recovery, substance abuse, complementary therapies, housing referrals, legal referrals, peer support.

TransCEND

  • TransCEND (Transgender Care and Education Needs Diversity) is a community-based HIV prevention and health education program by and for transgender women

AIDs Project Worcester

  • AIDS Project Worcester, Inc. (APW) is the primary and most comprehensive AIDS Service Organization (ASO) in Central Massachusetts, as well as in all of New England. It is the second largest ASO in New England, providing services to persons living with HIV/AIDS since 1987.
