Gender Dysphoria Coping Strategies

sedressa_coping.png  People who have gender dysphoria feel strongly that their gender does not match their biology. And no matter how you are trying to deal with your gender dysphoria: living part time in both genders, transition, trying to be you, we all end up needing to deal with it.  This video by Vlogger and filmmaker Gracie (@Seadresa) gives some excellent tips on how to cope for both the transmasculine and transfeminine people in our community.
