Virtual Workshop: Partner Abuse in LGBTQ Communities, November 4, 7PM

Because of the belief that abuse doesn’t happen “among our own”, partner abuse can be minimized or even denied. This workshop will give an overview of what partner abuse is and what it looks like in the LGBTQ communities. We will also talk about the direct services we provide for survivors.

This webinar is lead by Erica Perez, a Community Awareness Associate for the Network/La Red. Erica performs outreach and provides trainings on partner abuse in LGBTQ, Polyamorous, and Kinky communities to providers and community organizations.

Workshops are free for all, but registration is required.

  1. I’m not able to be online to take advantage of this webinar when it is scheduled. Would it be recorded so I could play back later? Thank you, Carissa

    1. Hi Carissa – To protect the privacy of attendees and presenters, workshops are not recorded. However, we’ll drop a line to our presenter and see if they are holding another workshop at a different time and we’ll post that up here. Thanks for your comment! – Rebecca
