Trans Day of Remembrance Virtual Observance Sunday November 22, 6-8pm (recording now available to watch)

At least 350 transgender and gender non-conforming people, mostly Black and Brown women, were murdered in the last year, including 34 in the US.

Trans Day of Remembrance is tomorrow. I hope you will be able to take a moment in your day to pause to reflect on the lives we have lost due to violence against our brothers and sisters.

Our friends at Trans Resistance are organizing a virtual TDoR this Sunday night. Please join us in community to honor the lives of those we have lost this year.

(please note, this is the recording of the TDoR service from today, 11-22-20)

Donate to support Trans Resistance TDoR Observance & Homeless Shelter
TCNE is matching the first $500 in donations to Trans Resistance to support this year’s virtual TDoR observance. All money raised beyond the costs of the event go directly to support combined efforts by the Transgender Emergency Fund and Trans Resistance to open the first homeless shelter for transgender people in Boston.
