Trans Club of New England is seeking nominations to serve on the board. Board positions are two year terms. Board member provide oversight, strategy and fiduciary responsibility to help the Club achieve it’s stated aims. But, it’s also a Roll UP Your Sleeves Board. Each Board member needs to take leadership on a specific function.

We serve the trans community through our drop in center, (the cub house in Waltham) through our Volunteering and Visibility programs, recently we launched our Workshop Wednesday programs, and of course First Event and dozens of collaborative programs.

If you are interested or would like to nominate a friend please nominate a prospective board member through this survey. I serve as the nominating chair, and I’ll be in touch throughout April to interview and describe the positions in detail. (Nominations Due 4/17)From there we’ll create the slate of potential board members for election in early May.
