Dr. Leis will present options for FTM top and bottom surgery including chest masculinization and one-stage phalloplasty. Phalloplasty uses skin flaps from the abdomen or groin and the accompanying scrotoplasty uses labial tissue and optional testicular implants. The result is a sensate penis via clitoral transposition with no obvious deformity of the donor site, and the ability to have sexual intercourse.
