In case you missed it, 20 corporate partners of the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce worked with TCNE to hold the First Event Career Fair!
This was the first time TCNE has partnered with the Massachusetts LGBT Chamber of Commerce for this kind of event. The Chamber of Commerce also worked with Mason Dunn, Executive Director of the Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition (MTPC), to offer readiness training to corporate recruiting teams so they could better serve the members of the transgender community they are hoping to hire.
