About First Event

 

First Event is one of the longest-running conferences in the U.S. for transgender and gender-expansive people and those who love and support them. First Event is held annually in the Boston area in late January or early February.

First Event is hosted by Trans Community of New England (TCNE), a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in the state of Massachusetts

The First Event organizing team is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive conference for all trans and gender non-binary communities while maintaining the same great content and social events that you’ve come to enjoy and expect.
